Deryl Hurst is our Senior Pastor and has been part of the Westgate Church family for over 30 years, serving in a variety of roles including Small Group Leader, Elder, and Executive Pastor, prior to accepting the position of Senior Pastor in 2011.

Deryl serves alongside his wife, Mim. They have three grown children and live in Lititz, PA. ​

Scott Greiner oversees our Small Group Ministry, Men's Ministry, and Operations.

He also gives oversight to Prophetic Ministries, Hospitality, Facilities, and Operational Staff.

​Scott and his wife, Heather, have three children and live in Lititz.

Daniel oversees our Worship Department ministry. Daniel was born and raised in Brazil and first encountered DOVE during a missions trip. He attended and served at a DOVE-founded church in Brazil for 4 years before dedicating 23 years to international missions.

Daniel serves alongside his wife, Luzanne, and they have three children.

Wes Dudley serves as our Executive Pastor and provides oversight for a number of our church ministries including Missions, Children & Family, and Young Adults.

Wes and his wife, Juliana, live in Ephrata with their two children.

Luzanne oversees Westgate Events, Local Outreach, and our Women's Ministry. Born and raised in South Africa, Luzanne has been engaged in ministry since her youth.

She dedicated 25 years to international missions and serves alongside her husband, Daniel, and they have three children.

Chris Tangert serves and provides oversight to various areas that serve our congregation  and engage with our local community, including Community Events Team, Deacon's Team, Visitation, and Prayer Ministry. 
 

Chris and his wife, Hope, live in the Akron area with their two children.
